In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or
with incorrect information due to a typographical error,
error in pricing or error in product information received
from vendors, DivaDesires.com reserves the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for said items and to correct
such problems.
Payments:
DivaDesires.com accepts the following forms of payment:
Money Orders, Checks, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and Echecks.
If paying by Money Order or Check, please make it payable
to Diva Desires.
Ordering Options:
If you do not wish to place your order via our secure website,
DivaDesires.com will accept Mail, Email, Phone or Fax Orders.
If you are mailing an order please email or call customer
care so that we may reserve your item.
Please provide the following information
when placing an order:
- Ship To Name and Address
- Billing Name and Address
- Complete Credit Card information (Card Type, Number, Expiration
Date and Security code).
- List of items - Product Name, Product ID number, Quantity
and a Brief description of item.
- Contact telephone number and / or email address.

Warranties:
Watches have a 3-year Manufacturers Limited Warranty. For
a period of 3 years from date of original purchase, all
defects in material or workmanship are covered. This warranty
does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes
batteries, case, strap or bracelet. Please refer to your
Warranty Service Agreement Card for additional information.
Shipping Information:
Once you have placed your Diva Desired order, we will make
every effort to get it in your hands as soon as possible.
DivaDesires.com uses Standard Shipping via UPS, DHL, USPS
or FedEx. Shipping areas include the 50 United States and
Puerto Rico. We regret we do not ship Internationally at
this time.
Orders are processed and
shipped within 3-7 business days of receiving your order
request (excluding Holidays). If you need your item sooner
than later we can rush your shipment via Next Day Air Services.
Just email us at Orders@DivaDesires.com regarding your desires
and we will take care of the rest. If for any reason your
item is not available or on backorder, we will notify you
at once. Once the order has been processed and shipped,
you will receive a confirmation notice and tracking number.
Delivery time of special
orders, dropped shipped items or personalized items are
subject to manufacturers guidelines.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be
happy to exchange it for another in-stock item or refund
your purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
The refund will be issued in the same method of original
payment.
Sale items and personalized
items are Final Sale. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed
for merchandise and expire one year from date of purchase.
Returns must be postmarked
within 14 days after you receive your order. The item must
be in the same condition as it was sent, unused and in the
original packaging. All items require an Return Authorization Number
(RA#). Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the
sender. All items are subject to inspection and approval.
Exceptions to these policies
will be at the sole discretion of DivaDesires.com.

Please clearly print the RA# on
the outside of the package.
We recommend you use an
Insurable and Traceable Shipping Service such as UPS or
DHL. DivaDesires.com is not responsible for lost or stolen
packages.
Returns will be processed
as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.
You will get a confirmation email to notify you that we
have received your package and have started processing your
return.
